Bags or items that offer concealment (such as backpacks, purses, camera bags, or strollers) are not allowed at Pearl Harbor. Storage is available at the Visitor Center for a nominal fee. Personal items cannot remain on the tour vehicle at any time. Meals and outside food are not included or permitted on the bus. Other experiences, such as the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, are not included in this tour. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

The tour bus is accessible for collapsible wheelchairs. Only the main deck of the Battleship Missouri is wheelchair accessible; other areas may not be accessible for guests with mobility needs. Accessible restrooms are available on board the bus.

USS Arizona Memorial tickets are offered in small batches—initially 56 days (8 weeks) ahead, and then once more 24 hours before the day of your visit. With only two release windows and high demand, they typically sell out within minutes, making it tough to book on your own. By booking with us, you’re assured a guaranteed entry.
