Transport Details

Pick Up Time: The driver will pick you up from your hotel approximately 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic) before the ticket entry time, and the operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.

Must Know

  • 【IMPORTANT】Sessions are scheduled every 15 minutes. Therefore, if you select the 5:00 PM time slot, you may be randomly assigned to any of the following start times: 5:00 PM, 5:15 PM, 5:30 PM, 5:45 PM, or 6:00 PM. This allocation pattern applies accordingly to all other time slots.
  • Travelers are advised to bring a water bottle, petty cash for personal expenses, a camera, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes or sandals
  • All visitors, baggage, and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
  • Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers
  • All guest must be there 30mins before visit time for security checking and queue for enter visit.
  • The tickets are dated for a specific time slot, please be punctual for pickup and entry or you will risk being denied entry to the Petronas Twin Towers
  • One-Way Transfer package: Your driver will give you the entry ticket for the towers. You must provide a photocopy of your MyKad ( for Malaysian ) & Passport ( For foreigner) and send it to online@ivyholidays.com along with the booking number immediately after the booking to secure your desired time slot
