If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

We will contact you via WeChat/WhatsApp/Email and send you the e-voucher. Upon arrival in Moalboal on the day, use the voucher to enter the attraction.
