Your pass is tied directly to your tour booking, so there is no separate physical card or app setup to manage. After booking, confirmation details are sent to you, and your name is placed on the guide’s list for the selected date. The experience operates with an English speaking tour guide and an air-conditioned vehicle already included, so you only need to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not part of the pass, so you arrange your own transfers. Activation happens automatically when you join the small group on the confirmed day and time, and the pass is valid for that scheduled tour only. For example, if your tour is booked for Tuesday afternoon, your pass is active for that specific session and does not extend beyond it.
