Pets are not allowed inside the park. Photography, sound, and video recording are prohibited inside the show. You'll be requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones, and all recording devices at the self-service locker hall near the entrance to the paradium before entering.

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Wheelchair-friendly facilities are available throughout Phuket Fantasea, including accessible vans, disabled parking, restrooms, wheelchair rentals, ramps, special pathways, lifts to most attractions, glass barriers for clear viewing, and wheeled seats.

The 'Fantasy of a Kingdom' show is performed at the Palace of the Elephants theater at 9:00pm, with the gate opening at 8:20pm, and runs for approximately 70 minutes; on selected pre-announced dates, an additional show may be held at 7:00pm, with the gate opening 20 minutes before showtime. Buffet dining is available from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, with extended hours from 5:00pm to 10:00pm on busy days.
