Must Know

• Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
• Meeting point description: Please report to the Office "IBT Center/Touristation" next to Chalet Donna Lucia at least 15 minutes before the departure time.(Via Villa dei Misteri 12, 80045 Pompeii NA, Italy)
• Not allowed:Luggage or large bags, smoking, umbrellas, alcohol or other substances are not allowed
• Know in advance: Small dogs are permitted inside the archaeological area, but they must be kept on a leash and carried when inside the buildings
• The ticket is available on the date booked: please report at the Meeting Point and just show the voucher to the staff.
• Business hours from April to September 9:00 - 17:00, October 9:00 - 16:00 (From the last Sunday of the month until the end of the month, the business hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), from November to March 9:00 - 13:00
• The audio guide is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Russian
• Please note, this ticket doesn't include the optional entrance to Villa dei Misteri
• Free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability
• Remember to bring:ID is required for all participants
