Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance. Ensure your mobile phone is fully charged and capable of playing audio, as the audioguide is accessed on your device. Wear comfortable walking shoes, as this is a 3-hour walking tour. Carry weather-appropriate clothing, as parts of the tour take place outdoors.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the Basilica or Minorite Friary for security reasons. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the interiors.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible. There may be uneven surfaces and stairs throughout the tour route.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The guided tour covers the exteriors and historical sites; the interiors of the Basilica of St. James and Minorite Friary are explored independently using the audioguide.
