This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to climb in and out of the balloon basket unassisted. The tour is not recommended for pregnant guests, individuals with serious heart conditions, or those with limited mobility.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are included; you will be contacted after booking to confirm your exact pickup time. The hot air balloon ride is subject to weather conditions.
