- No child seats will be provided. Infants must be seated on the lap of an adult
- No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly to your hotel after being picked up from airport
- Bookings need to be made at least 1 day before your transfer days with a cut-off time at 8:00pm every day. Same day bookings are not available. You can only book for the following day
- The vehicles are not wheelchair and stroller friendly
- **The driver has the right to refuse service if the number of the passenger is more than the capacity of the vehicle**
- Participants may choose to carry extra pieces of luggage if the number of travelers is less than the capacity of the vehicle. However, the operator will not be held responsible for uncomfortable seating due to the excess luggage
