- No child seats will be provided. Infants must be seated on the lap of an adult
- The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, railway station, or any other indicated pick up point. Please indicate the exact address of your preferred pick up point at the checkout page
- No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly at your drop off location
- The driver only speaks basic English
- Though not mandatory, getting travel and accident insurance is always recommended
- The vehicles are not wheelchair and stroller friendly
- In case you need a child seat, you can make a request to the operator on the day of the activity. However, this is subject to availability
- **Please note:** The driver has the right to refuse service if the number of the passenger is more than the capacity of the vehicle
- **Please note:** Participants may choose to carry extra pieces of luggage if the number of travelers is less than the capacity of the vehicle. However, the operator will not be held responsible for uncomfortable seating due to the excess luggage
