- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- The service runs in all weather conditions
- Child seats are free of charge for all vehicles. Please indicate the number of children who will be needing child seats in the space provided at checkout
- Food and drinks are not allowed for consumption inside the vehicle
- The vehicles are not accessible to disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users) and infants in strollers
- Special luggage, such as golf bags or skis can be transported free of charge; please indicate the quantity upon check out
- Passengers are allowed to bring their pets on board. Kindly indicate if you are traveling with your pet upon check out
- The driver will wait up to 20 minutes for hotel pick ups and 90 minutes for airport pick ups. If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service for assistance
- **Please note:** Disabled passengers, wheelchairs, and non-foldable strollers cannot be accommodated in this service
