- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- The service runs rain or shine
- Child seats are free of charge for all vehicles. Please indicate the number of children who will be needing child seats in the space provided at checkout
- Food and drinks are not allowed for consumption inside the vehicle
- The vehicles are not accessible to disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users) and infants in strollers
- Special luggage, such as golf bags or skis, can be transported free of charge; please indicate the quantities upon check out
- Passengers are allowed to bring their pets on board. Kindly indicate if you are traveling with your pet upon check out
- The driver will wait up to 20 minutes for hotel pick ups and 90 minutes for airport pick ups. If your flight is delayed, please contact the customer service for assistance
