It's recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

Keep in mind that drones, suitcases, trolleys, large backpacks, and luggage are not allowed in this experience. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Shutterbugs, take note: Tripods and flash photography are a no-go inside the venue.

The palace and the gardens are accessible for wheelchairs, with ramps and elevators. However, due to their historic nature, some areas may be challenging to access. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Please note that the app is not compatible with Windows phones. If you can, avoid driving into Sintra; the streets are narrow, parking is limited, and traffic can be challenging, especially in peak season. Should you drive, park in Sintra town center, and enjoy the 30-minute scenic walk to Quinta da Regaleira. Public transport is your best bet to get to Quinta stress-free. Children’s tickets are free of charge, but must be booked with adult tickets and cannot be requested separately. Your booking must state if children are included and the age of each child.
