Wear appropriate swimwear; swimwear is required to use the water attractions. Bring a towel and personal toiletries for your comfort. Consider bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection. For hygiene, children under 3 years old must wear swim diapers, which are available for purchase at The Retail Shop.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. Drones, large bags, suitcases, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. It is prohibited to use cameras on all body slides that are ridden without tubes (like the Aqua Loop, Freefall, and Matt Racer). Re-entry is not allowed.

The park is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible. Accessible restrooms and baby changing facilities are available on site. Staff are available to assist guests with mobility needs. Some attractions may not be suitable for guests with back problems, heart conditions, or other health concerns—please check health restrictions before visiting.

The park is located 15 kilometers south of central Pattaya; parking facilities are available at the venue. Expect wait times during peak hours, especially on weekends and holidays. For same-day admission, tickets must be booked after 11pm for entry on the same day. Children under 15 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
