Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the exhibition and cannot be left with Box Office staff. Pushchairs are not allowed within the exhibition but can be held at the venue. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on this exhibition.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Full transcripts, large-print guides, and hearing aid streaming devices are available.

Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session for ticket scanning. The Virtual Reality (VR) experience and audio guides are not included and must be purchased separately. The exhibition is recommended for visitors aged 5 and older; the VR experience is recommended for ages 8+. The experience is fully indoors, but you may need to wait outside briefly before entry.
