Booking FAQs

Bring your own towel, as towels are not provided on board. Bring cash to pay the National Park government fee (€10 per person), which is not included in your booking. Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Children under 12 years, pregnant women, and people with heart problems may have restrictions and may not be able to participate.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Hotel pickup and drop-off is included only for Hurghada hotels. Pickup from Makadi Bay, Sahl Hashish, Soma Bay, and El Gouna is available for an additional fee. This experience requires good weather. If it is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund. The National Park fee (€10 per person) must be paid separately and is not included in your ticket price.
