The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. The boat tour is not accessible by wheelchair or pram/stroller. Life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children.

Enhance your sightseeing experience with the official RED Sightseeing app. Find exactly where to hop on and track buses and boats in real-time. Available on the App Store. If you've selected the boat tour upgrade, you must collect a paper ticket at any bus stop from a Red Sightseeing staff member. Dogs may be allowed onboard at the boatmaster's discretion, with the right to refuse entry at any time.
