This experience is pram/stroller accessible. This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.

The Reindeer Sledding (30 min activity) is subject to good snow conditions and sometimes we have to adjust the duration of this activity. If the weather/snow conditions don't allow us to run the sled ride at all, we will offer you a partial refund. It can change very quickly in the Arctic and sometimes it happens with short notice. The rest of the tour will be held as normal. Dress snugly in warm layers; Arctic Valley is known to have a chilly twist in the weather.
