Booking FAQs

Bring your own bathing suit for the Secret Lagoon. Bring good outdoor clothing and shoes suitable for Icelandic weather. Dress warmly and in waterproof layers, as weather can change suddenly.

Large bags and suitcases are not permitted on the tour vehicles. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the tour. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Minimum age is 6 years; children must be accompanied by an adult. Only one child is allowed per adult. Two people share a snowmobile by default; a single rider upgrade is available for an additional fee onsite. Meals are not included; food is not served daily at the Secret Lagoon, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Pick-up starts 30 minutes before departure from designated Reykjavik locations. Please be ready at your pick-up point on time. Tour timings may be delayed or canceled due to weather and road conditions. Towels are provided at the Secret Lagoon. The tour duration is approximately 9–10 hours.
