Cruise timing: The cruise runs from 7:30pm to 9:30pm and lasts 2 hours. Same-day booking: Same-day bookings must be made before 6pm Thai time. Upper deck seating: Upper deck seating is not guaranteed. If it is fully booked, customers will be assigned alternative seats. Birthday cake: Guests born in the travel month can request a complimentary mini birthday cake while booking. Child policy: Children aged 0–3 join free of charge. Children aged 4–10 are charged the child rate. Route changes: High water levels may require a slight route adjustment for bridge clearance, but the cruise duration and distance remain unchanged. Blackout dates: The cruise is unavailable on Loy Krathong, December 31, and February 14. Cancellation: Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before the cruise.
