The venue is wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible, however, some areas in the garden have gravel pathways.

The audio guide can be picked up at the dedicated counter upon valid proof of reservation; the counter is located in front of the entrance to the shop. This audio guide does not offer commentary on temporary exhibitions. The optional river cruise can host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules. The Rodin Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6:30pm; the last entrance is at 5:45pm, and rooms close at 6:15pm. The museum is closed on Mondays, May 1, January 1, and December 25. The garden closes 30 minutes before the museum. Persons under 18 years of age and EU residents under 26 years of age may enter the museum for free with a valid ID.
