Guests under the age of 4 are restricted from participating in this experience.

Guide dogs are allowed onboard the ferry. However, as Rottnest Island is an A-Class reserve you should contact the rangers there for further advice on service dog allowance. All passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are traveling with no luggage or freight and have e-tickets or QR codes, please make your way straight to the boarding gate. Final Boarding is 5 minutes prior to departure after which the vessel gangways are removed to ensure that the vessel departs by the stated time. Bicycles must be collected on the island by an adult over 18 years and must be returned by closing time on the same day. You can see the ferry time-table here Ferry tickets are valid for same-day return from a selected departure point. Bikes with baby seats can be requested, subject to availability. Children's bikes are suitable for children between the ages of 4 to 7. Children aged 7 or older can usually use adult-sized bikes.
