Booking FAQs

Please carry your booking confirmation for verification at the meeting point. For Snowy Land (sled) options, children under 24 months must carry valid proof of age, such as a passport or ID. Bring cash for on-site rentals where required (e.g., mandatory helmet for skiing/snowboarding).

For ski options, children under 7 years old are not permitted to participate due to safety and equipment size limitations.

Infants aged 0–2 years may join free of charge for non-ski options, but no seat is provided. Please inform the operator in advance if you are bringing a baby stroller or wheelchair.

The total duration of the activity is approximately 11.8 hours, and the itinerary is subject to traffic and weather conditions. If a cancellation request is submitted before 10am, at least one day prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations requested before 11:59pm on the day of use will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non-ski and shuttle-only passengers will arrive at the ski clothing and equipment rental shop together with the ski group and must wait while ski participants change. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, as the operator will not be liable for any loss during the trip. It is recommended, though not mandatory, to purchase accident or travel insurance before joining the activity. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for skiing or snowboarding. A helmet fee of 10,000 KRW must be paid on-site in cash. Except for the sled option, infants aged 0–2 years may join free of charge without a seat. Please notify the operator in advance if you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair. Due to limited sizing, guests are advised to check the availability of child equipment sizes before making a reservation. Optional paid items available at the rental shop include goggles and helmet rental (20,000 KRW), knee and hip pad rental (15,000 KRW), and ski gloves for purchase (20,000 KRW).
