- The aquarium provides 100 free audio guide devices available in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.
- Photography and videography are allowed in the aquarium, but the use of flash is strictly prohibited.
- Free wheelchair and stroller rentals are available in the museum
- No pets allowed, except for guide dogs and service dogs.
- Please note that advance reservations are not accepted.
- Please note that transportation costs or other travel expenses to the site will not be compensated.

No Cancellation and Non-refundable
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 4:00 PM on the day of date of use. A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 4:00 PM on the day of date of use. This product cannot be canceled after activation.
