Booking FAQs

Make sure to bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking. Dress comfortably in casual clothes and non-slip shoes. It can get breezy out on the bay, so a light jacket or sweater is a good idea. Don’t forget your sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat to stay protected from the sun. If you’re prone to motion sickness, it’s best to bring any medication you might need.

Outside food or drinks can’t be brought on board. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the vessel. Pets need to stay home, though registered service animals are welcome. Please leave large bags, coolers, and oversized luggage behind as storage space is limited.

Some of the vessels are wheelchair accessible, but not all decks and boats may be. Please reach out in advance to confirm accessibility for your chosen cruise date. The friendly crew is always happy to help with boarding and seating. Registered service animals are welcome on board. Keep in mind that outer deck access is by stairs only.
