Departures from the Embarcadero location are not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair-accessible departures are available from the Seaport Village location. Boarding the amphibious vehicle requires stepping up and down.

Luggage or large bags are not permitted on the tour. Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless specified by operator policies.

The tour operates daily except on Thanksgiving and Christmas, with departure times varying by season.
