Museum Policies

Entry will only be granted if identity documents match. Visitors must adhere to several rules: no touching exhibits or murals, prohibition of flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks, and laser pointers in exhibition areas. Additionally, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, balance bikes, self-riding children's vehicles, bicycles, and all types of electric vehicles (except for electric wheelchairs) are not allowed.

For safety, do not squeeze or hit glass display cases. Lectures, performances, interviews, travel photography, live streaming, or recording on social media require permission. Strict adherence to safety regulations for elevators, escalators, and other facilities is mandatory.

Items must not be placed on railings inside the building. Loud music, occupying public spaces for extended periods, smoking in non-smoking areas, and eating in non-food areas are prohibited. Tampering with fire protection, security, or alarm equipment is forbidden. Soliciting customers, peddling, begging, performing, displaying banners, advertising, and other disruptive behaviors are not allowed.

Drones, racing drones, model aircraft, kites, balloons, etc., may not be flown without permission. Visitors who are intoxicated, improperly dressed, in unusual attire, unaccompanied persons without legal capacity, or unaccompanied persons with mobility impairments will be refused entry.
