Booking FAQs
1. You must print the admission ticket on A4 paper and bring it to the attraction counter to exchange for a physical ticket. Photos displayed on mobile phones or non-compliant printed materials will not be accepted for entry.
2) The same admission ticket cannot be used for re-entry after exiting the park.
3) Counterfeiting admission tickets will be subject to legal liability; tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once issued.
