- Petrosains operates on a time-ticketing system, please be at the entrance or lobby at least 15 minutes before your entry time.
- Kindly book in advance for groups over 20 pax via infopetrosains@petronas.com or +603-2331 8181 to avoid disappointment. Entry follows the reserved time slot.
- Children below twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by at least a parent / an adult upon entering Petrosains, The Discovery Centre.
- Age is determined by year of birth instead of exact date of birth.

<ul><li>Tickets sold are not refundable or transferable.</li><li>This ticket is valid on the date and time of entry as stated on this ticket. The management reserves the right to reschedule visits without prior notice.</li><li>The ticket holder as visitor is deemed to have read all instructions, notices, and signs displayed in, on, or around the premises and shall observe and conform to the same. </li><li>The management of the operation of the Petrosains Sdn Bhd , its employees, servants, agents, permitted assigns and/or personal representatives shall not ay any times whatsoever be responsible or liable, whether expressly or impliedly, for any personal injuries including death, loss and/or damage to personal belongings and/or property or other liabilities whatsoever and howsoever caused including but not limited to the negligence or the management and its employees, servants, agents, permitted assigns and/or personal representatives arising out of or in connection with the Petrosains Visit.</li></ul>

Last Admission is 1 hour before the closing time. Closed on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month except if the 1st or 3rd Monday of the month is a Public Holiday or a School Holiday.
