This experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair is admitted per hour. Guests with accessibility needs may book a free carer ticket when purchasing their own entry ticket. Pregnant guests are welcome; however, the Drop-Dead ride is not permitted for them.

The recommended minimum age is 12 years. Guests under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. The Dungeons reserve the right to alter, close, or remove exhibits, rides, or details without prior notice due to operational or technical reasons; no refunds or price adjustments apply in such cases.
