The experience is suitable for wheelchair users and those with prams or strollers. Assistance dogs are welcome. Guests under 90 cm are not permitted on the VR experience for safety reasons.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Infants under 2 also require a valid ticket. Anytime entry tickets allow you to visit at any time on your selected day. Carer tickets are only valid when accompanied by at least one person with a full-priced ticket. Carers of disabled guests can enter for free with proper documentation. The VR experience runs on a first-come, first-served basis and may have short waits during peak times.
