Must Know

• Do not enter or participate in the experience wearing clothing that the facility deems inappropriate.
• Also, opening hours vary depending on the season, so please check before visiting.
• Organized crime groups and those associated with organized crime groups will not be allowed entry.
• Attraction operations and entertainment programs may be canceled without notice.
• Please do not climb on dangerous areas within the facility as you may fall.

• Admission to this facility
• Smoking is prohibited within the facility except in areas where ashtrays are provided.
• Please refrain from bringing pets into the facility, with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.
• Sliding on roller shoes, etc.
• Your safety is our number one priority, and we may need to check your luggage.
• Distribution of flyers, etc.
• Rallies, speeches, filming for commercial purposes, etc.
• Please keep an eye on your child at all times while inside the facility
• You will not be allowed to enter or participate in any activities at the facility if you are wearing a full-face mask, helmet, or other headgear that obscures your face (excluding toys sold within the facility).
• Furthermore, this facility may change, close, or remove exhibits or equipment within attractions without prior notice due to technical or operational reasons
• The following actions are prohibited within the facility:

• Any other actions that may interfere with the operation of this facility
• This facility may temporarily close, shorten business hours, or suspend part of its operations without prior notice due to inclement weather, facility management, or other reasons
• The act of giving food to living things
• The facility is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to luggage.

• If damage to the facilities within the facility is intentional, we may request compensation from the customer.
• There are restrictions on the use of attractions
• Photos and videos taken within the facility may be used for personal purposes only.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older to enter.
• Flash photography within SEA LIFE Nagoya facilities and other prohibited areas
• Please refrain from using mobile phones in areas where you may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as inside attractions or show areas.
• Please check the usage restrictions page for each attraction for details.
• Please refrain from accepting gifts for entertainers.
• Filming may be used for news reports, advertising, promotions, merchandise sales, etc.
• If you have tattoos, please wear a jacket or other clothing to cover your tattoos.
• Please be aware that you are responsible for storing and managing your own luggage (including valuables)
• Balloons
• Guests may be the subject of filming within the facility when filming various facilities and entertainment programs
• Sale and display of goods etc.
• Taking photographs or publicly transmitting them in a way that may cause inconvenience to other customers (such as appearing in photos)
• Please refrain from bringing in any items that may cause inconvenience to other customers or dangerous items, including the following:
• Our company and its affiliated companies cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by customers' carelessness within the facility.
• Never put your hands into the tank as you may be bitten by the creatures.
• Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the facility.
• Acts that harm or startle animals by touching them, making unnecessary noise, or other actions

• Also, please be sure to take all valuables and personal belongings (including souvenirs) with you when leaving your stroller unattended.

• Furthermore, this facility may restrict admission without any special reason or explanation.
• The lights are dimmed inside SEA LIFE Nagoya, and please be careful when walking while using your smartphone as there is a risk of bumping into other customers or posters.
• Carts for carrying luggage, etc.
• If you are deemed to be a nuisance to other visitors or if you do not cooperate with requests from LEGOLAND Japan, you may be refused entry or asked to leave the park.
