This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Strollers and wheelchairs can be rented at the venue on a first-come-first-serve basis. Height and safety requirements may limit some guests' ability to enjoy all rides, attractions, or experiences. The availability of animals, rides, attractions, and other experiences may vary throughout your visit. Due to the animals' diet, which includes shellfish and fish, guests with allergies should exercise caution. Please inquire with a Park representative for specific allergen information.

Lockers can be rented for a fee of AED 45. Guests aged 3 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult. For the 2-day pass, activate within 9 months of purchase; once you visit the first park, you must use the second visit within 6 days. Certain rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit. Click here for the shuttle service timetable. Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays.
