Seoul Zoo

Seoul Zoo is home to over 3,700 animals of 333 species from around the world, including the rare lowland gorilla. In addition to observing the animals on their own, visitors can watch zookeepers feed the animals hourly and even get up close to animals like parrots and lemurs in cage-free environments. Seoul Zoo also features a small greenhouse botanical garden showcasing many artworks made from plant tissues. Plant enthusiasts can stroll along the 8-kilometer-long forest trail, enjoying nature and the phytoncides-rich environment to relax and rejuvenate.

Skyline Cable Car

The SkyCable Car has two lines, Line 1 and Line 2, which will cross the lake and over the Seoul Zoo (Line 1 once, Line 2 once). Passengers can enjoy the beauty of Seoul from the air and gaze at the natural scenery of forests and trees from the SkyCable Car!

Recommended Route

After collecting your tickets, take the Sky Cable Car Line 1 and get off at Seoul Zoo. Enter Seoul Zoo, then take the Skyline Cable Car Line 2 to visit Seoul Zoo again.

Must Know

  • * Skylift will be closed for safety inspections on January 26, 2019-22, March 10, June 23, July 14, August 25, and November 24. During these days, Skylift will be unavailable.
  • Baby strollers can be brought on the Sky Lift free of charge.
  • Each sky gondola is allowed to carry three adults, and infants need to be held in their arms.
  • Tickets for the rose garden at Seoul Zoo must be purchased on-site. (Adults: 2,000 KRW)
  • The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art is free to visit. (Features include Nam June Paik's video art and Yayoi Kusama's "Pumpkin.") There's also a restaurant inside for lunch.
  • Animals may be kept indoors due to weather conditions.
  • In case of bad weather (such as strong winds, thunder, etc.) or equipment maintenance, the Skyline Gondola will stop operating.
  • Customers who wish to ride the Sky Lift must do so 30 minutes before closing time.
  • The Sky Lift schedule may be subject to change on weekends and holidays. Please refer to on-site announcements.
  • Children under 10 years old, those with mobility impairments, and others who require a guardian must be accompanied by at least one guardian for every two people. Ride availability may be restricted at the discretion of the on-site safety manager.

2. Freely choose your desired travel date within 90 days

3. Present your electronic voucher at the Sky Lift ticket office to receive an admission ticket and a cable car ticket.

Cancellation Policy
