  • Taiwanese nationals: Present the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident.
  • Chinese nationals: Present the PRC Resident ID Card.

Ticket Linking and Coupons

After submitting the information, you will receive an *electronic ID code. After entering the park, there are 2 ways to link your park ticket to your device to collect relevant coupons:

  • In the Shanghai Disney Resort official app, go to "My" and click on "Scan" in the upper right corner.
  • Or, in the official WeChat account of Shanghai Disney Resort, reply with the keyword "個人中心".

Confirm the linking and receive the corresponding coupon. After receiving the coupon, view and use it in the "My Coupons" section of the Shanghai Disney Resort official app or WeChat account.

Ticket Types

  • Standard Ticket: Aged 12–59 on the date of visit.
  • Child Ticket: Aged 3–11 on the day of visit.
  • Senior Ticket: Aged 60 years old and above on the date of visit.
  • Free admission: Children under the age of 3 on the day of visit.

  • Name, ID number and other info must be correct. After booking, no changes and cancellation are allowed for any reason
  • Guests with disabilities are eligible to purchase tickets at a discount. Without a valid disability certificate on-site, the price difference for standard ticket muset be paid

  • To Reschedule: If tickets are available for other applicable dates, visitors can reschedule this product up to 2 times to different dates and must do so 48 hrs before midnight of original entry date. (E.g.: if January 4 is the original entry date, visitors must reschedule by midnight on January 2 at the latest.) If there is a price difference, visitors must pay the difference and the processing fee
  • If within 72 hours, a major accident or other special circumstances occur (such as flight delay, illness, etc.) and need to be rescheduled, please contact customer service and provide relevant and stamped proof
