Heavy luggage and large bags are not allowed during this activity. Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during transfers. Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted during certain periods (such as Ramadan). Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, particularly in conservative areas.

This experience may not be fully wheelchair accessible. Please check in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements.

Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, and nearby locations). If your location is far from standard pick-up points, the operations team will coordinate with you. Pick-up and drop-off timings for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your location. On specific days and weekends, some attractions may be closed. In such cases, no compensation or alternative will be provided. There will be no refund for partly utilized services. All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, and dining at the venues are not included in your ticket.
