The Low Season Pass is available from 11:00 to 19:00 for indoor facilities. During the period from 2026.01.01 to 2026.03.02 and again from 2026.03.28 to 2026.04.30, these hours apply.
For a more extended experience, the General I Season Ticket offers access from 11:00 to 19:00 for indoor areas and until 18:00 for outdoor facilities, including the Wave Pool, from 2026.05.01 to 2026.07.03.
The Peak Season Ticket provides access from 10:00 to 20:00 for both indoor and outdoor facilities during the period from 2026.07.04 to 2026.08.23.
Children under 3 years old can enter Shinhwa Water Park for free. Please note that merchandise sales, speeches, performances, commercial filming, drone filming, and smoking in non-smoking areas are prohibited at the park.
During the winter season (October to April), only indoor facilities are available due to weather conditions. Towels are not rented out at Shinhwa Water Park for hygiene reasons but can be purchased along with swimsuits at the Souvenir Shop.
