Booking FAQs

Bring a valid photo ID for age verification, as only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate. Please have your e-ticket ready for scanning upon arrival.

Flammable materials, including liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries, personal mobility devices, electronic scooters, and helium balloons, are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Outside food and beverages are not allowed during the cocktail workshop.

Workshops are only available in pairs; single bookings are not permitted. Only guests aged 18 and above may participate in the cocktail workshop. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked timeslot. Late arrivals may have their workshop duration shortened, and reservations are held for 10 minutes only. Each e-ticket is valid for one guest and can only be used once. No partial redemption, cancellation, refund, or amendment of tickets is allowed. Cable Car operating hours are from 8:45am to 10pm (last boarding at 9:30pm). Workshop menu items are subject to change without prior notice. The venue reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
