Booking FAQs

Food and beverages purchased outside are not permitted in the capsule. Bulky items such as strollers and luggage bags are not permitted in the capsule. They should be left at the flight entrance for safekeeping.

Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, and toilets friendly for wheelchair-bound guests to get in, out, and move around. There is a parking lot for those with mobility issues situated right next to the lift. Guests will be able to park and take the lift directly to the ticketing counters or boarding area. Pregnant women are allowed. However, expecting mothers in advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them.

Premium Champagne Experience is available only for adults aged 18 years and above. Please check in at the guest service lounge at least 30 minutes ahead of schedule to exchange your ticket and register, and to enjoy priority boarding. Relax at the Flyer Lounge on the third floor of Singapore Flyer while waiting for your scheduled flight after exchanging your ticket. Guests under the age of 18 can enjoy mocktails. Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
