Getting started
Upon arrival at Singapore Oceanarium, present your ticket and check in for your chosen dolphin program. A safety briefing will be conducted prior to the start of your scheduled experience.

Dolphin Experience Options
- Dolphin Observer: Enjoy observing dolphins from the shore without entering the water. This option is available to guests accompanying participants in other dolphin programs.
- Dolphin Exploration: Participate in a 30-minute program that includes a 15-minute interaction onshore, all while learning about dolphins with insights from Animal Care Specialists.
- Dolphin Immersion: Engage in approximately 30 minutes of shallow water time alongside dolphins during this complete 60-minute guided experience, offering an up-close connection without the need for snorkeling.
- Dolphin Connection: Snorkel within a dedicated dolphin habitat and interact with these fascinating creatures as part of a 60-minute guided program. All necessary snorkeling equipment is provided.

Must Know
- Wear swimwear and appropriate footwear for Dolphin Connection and Dolphin Immersion experiences; wetsuits are provided.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled programme to check in at the Marine Mammal Habitat counter.
- No outside food or beverages allowed, except infant formula. Mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, and loose belongings must be stored securely as lockers are available.
- Photography and videography during dolphin experiences are not permitted; however, official photos can be purchased afterward.

Booking FAQs
For Dolphin Connection & Immersion, participants are required to be in proper swimwear and footwear. Wetsuits will be provided during the interaction. For Dolphin Exploration, participants must be in footwear upon arrival at Marine Mammal Habitat. Participants are to bring their personal toiletries and a towel for showering.
All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible. Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs. For the safety of all guests, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas. The Dolphin Immersion & Exploration programs are suitable for non-swimmers.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula. Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted. Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat. Bags are subject to inspection before entry.
Dolphin Connection: The minimum age for participation is 13 years old. The programme date must be on or after the 13th birthday of the participant. Dolphin Immersion: The minimum age requirement is 4 years, with a minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 years must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age). Dolphin Exploration: Children below 13 years must always be accompanied by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age). Dolphin Observer: This is exclusively reserved for guests with friends or family participating in the Dolphin Immersion, Exploration or Connection programmes; without any 1 of these tickets, they will be denied entry to observe. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian (above 21 years) present onsite to complete and sign the Release and Indemnity Form. Participants entering from Singapore Oceanarium must enter the park 60 minutes before the Dolphin Exploration programme and arrive at the Marine Mammal Habitat entrance at least 30 minutes before it begins. Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry. On 14 Jul, 31 Jul, 3 Sep, and 15 Oct 2026, the operating hours of Singapore Oceanarium will be 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM due to a private event.
