Hiking boots with ankle support are mandatory. Bring a warm and waterproof jacket and pants. Headwear and gloves are recommended. Food and drinks are not included; bring your own if needed.

Children under 8 years are not permitted. Participants with shoe sizes outside 35–50 EU cannot join, as specialized glacier crampons are only available for this range. Pets are not allowed. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the activity.
