Warm outdoor clothing, including thermal layers, fleece or wool, and a waterproof jacket and pants. Warm gloves and a hat, sturdy hiking boots with ankle support (available to rent if needed), sunglasses and sunscreen. Bring Food, snacks, and a bottle of water (no meals are provided), a small backpack and a camera

Children under 8 years are not permitted on this tour. The experience is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Crampons cannot be provided for shoe sizes below EU 35. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour. Large bags and suitcases are not permitted on the glacier hike.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments. Participants must be able to walk on uneven, icy terrain for an extended period.

The tour operates in all weather conditions except when deemed unsafe; appropriate clothing is essential. An adult must accompany children aged 8–17 at all times. The actual appearance of the glacier may vary due to natural changes and weather conditions. Pregnant guests should consult their physician before booking and consider the physical requirements of the tour. Please arrive at the meeting point on time; late arrivals may not be accommodated.
