Booking FAQs

Bring cash or card if you want snacks or drinks. Wear closed shoes and comfortable sportswear. Glasses and contact lenses are fine for the jump.

For safety reasons, personal cameras or recording devices cannot be brought on the jump.

Participants must be able to walk, stand, and lift legs for landing making this experience unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The minimum weight for participants is 40 kg, and the maximum weight is 105 kg to ensure safety during the jump. Participants must be at least 12 years old and 140 cm (4’7”) tall. Guests aged 12–16 must be accompanied by a parent. Guests aged 16–17 need written parental consent.

All guests sign a waiver upon arrival. This activity is highly weather-dependent, if your jump is canceled, you’ll be contacted and the activity would be rescheduled. Outside food and drinks are allowed, and there’s a vending machine on-site with snacks and drinks.
