Visitor Guidelines

Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, panic disorder, person with a disability, children with special needs, and pregnant individuals, are prohibited. For safety reasons, underweight riders or those who can't be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be permitted to ride.

Safety Instructions

No mobile phones, cameras, glasses, hats, pets, or other loose items allowed on the ride. Store all loose items in lockers or with a non-rider. Empty all pockets before boarding and follow all staff instructions at all times.

Park Rules

No running, jumping, climbing, or rough behavior. No smoking, vaping, or open flames. No scooters, skateboards, or bicycles inside the park. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone posing a safety risk.
