• Crowd control is applied on-site and SkyPoint implements on a first-come-first-served policy; in the event of a full observation deck, admission will not be granted
• Please keep your volume low. Failure to do so will result in an admission decline. Requests for rescheduling, refunds, or compensation will not be granted
