Booking FAQs

Have your entry tickets and ID ready for a seamless experience. You must wear shoes at all times for safety reasons.

Alcohol, drugs, fireworks, weapons, barbecues, open flames, and sharp metal objects are strictly prohibited inside the park. Offensive clothing, bare chests, swimwear, and adult costumes are not allowed. Only children aged 13 and under may wear costumes. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and similar vehicles are not allowed. Only mobility aids like wheelchairs are permitted.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The park is open daily from March 30 to November 3. After this period, it opens only on weekends and during the Christmas holiday season. Dogs on a leash are welcome in the park but not during Halloween or inside ride queues. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Queue jumping and unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from the park.
