Passengers are allowed to bring a single hand baggage on board with maximum dimensions of 50 x 35 x 20cm and weight not exceeding 9kg. The user is responsible for verifying and viewing the baggage weight and size limits. For all baggage exceeding the weight and measures indicated above and for additional baggage, the passenger is required to obtain a 'baggage ticket'. Passengers with items found on board without a baggage ticket will be required to pay double the expected price. Pets are allowed on board provided they have the following: a passage ticket and veterinary certification of good health and of prophylaxis for external parasites. Dogs must be registered in the canine registry.

Passengers under the age of 14 cannot travel alone. Minor passengers between the ages of 14 and 18 can travel alone, provided they have written authorization from a guardian/parental authority which relieves the carrier of any liability.
