Pass Options

If you're on a short trip, consider using the Mobile Pass. For those needing transport options, the Physical Card is available. The pass comes in two formats: Mobile Pass or Card Pass, catering to different travel needs.

Important Information

The Mobile Pass does not require pick-up and is exclusively available for international visitors. Supported languages include Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese, ensuring a smooth experience.

If you need assistance, customer support is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (KST). For further help, contact the Discover Seoul Pass Customer Service Center at +82-2-1644-1060. If the app encounters issues, try deleting and reinstalling it.

Usage Guidelines

The pass is intended for individual use only and is not available to Korean nationals. Note that entry to attractions may be restricted for groups of 10 or more using the Discover Seoul Pass.

  • ※Mobile Pass: No pickup required – register your voucher in the Discover Seoul Pass app to activate immediately. (Note: The pickup location selected at checkout is a required field but does not affect mobile pass usage.)
  • ※Physical Card: Must be collected at the designated pickup location before use. Passport required. Pickup locations: Incheon Airport / Gimpo Airport / Myeongdong Tourist Information Center
  • ※ Physical cards for Pick 3 Basic and Pick 3 Theme Park are available from September 15th.

[How to Register the Discover Seoul Pass]

  •  After selecting your preferred option and purchasing it, a voucher will be sent to your email.
  • Download the Discover Seoul Pass app, then go to the “More” tab and select “Register Pass.”
  • Enter the voucher code (reservation number) provided on your voucher to activate the pass.


[How to Use the All-Inclusive Pass and Pick 3 Pass]

  • With the card-type All-Inclusive Pass (72h/120h), you may begin using it immediately after pick-up.
  • For the Pick 3 Pass, you must first register the pass in the Discover Seoul Pass app before use.
  • To enjoy the benefits, present your Discover Seoul Pass at the attraction’s ticket booth to exchange it for an entry ticket, or use it directly for services included in the pass.

* Lotte World visitors MUST exchange their e-voucher for a physical ticket at the "Overseas Ticket Office" at the South Gate. *Click here for directions


[Validity Period]

  • All-Inclusive Pass: valid for the selected duration (72h/120h) from the pass activation time.

(Example) 72-hour Pass: Activated at 1:00 PM on Aug. 25, 2025 → Valid until 12:59:59 PM on Aug. 28, 2025

  • Pick 3 Pass: valid until midnight of the 5th day from the pass activation time.

(Example) Pick 3 Basic Pass: Activated at 1:00 PM on Aug. 25, 2025 → Valid until 11:59:59 PM on Aug. 29, 2025

  • The pass activation time begins when you first redeem a free admission or service benefit, including admission to attractions, AREX code issuance, or use of K-Limousine and Ttareungyi.
