Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your reservation, if requested at the entrance.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the attractions. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the premises. Tripods, monopods, and professional photography equipment are not allowed.

The experience is wheelchair accessible, with elevators and accessible restrooms available at both the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Elevators provide access to the observation deck and the rotating glass floor. Service animals are allowed throughout accessible areas.

All guests and their belongings must pass through security screening before entry. Your ticket includes a specific five-minute arrival window within your 15-minute time slot. For example, if your entry time is 1am, you must arrive no later than 11:05am. Tickets are only released month-by-month, so advance purchases for future months are not available. General Admission tickets include complimentary digital photo downloads. Children under five may enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
