  • To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, security officers will conduct bag/baggage checks at the main entrance.

  • Certain items deemed dangerous or offensive may not be brought into the park. Illegal drugs, firearms, other hazardous items, and two-way radios are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests must follow all ride and attraction rules to ensure safety. This includes remaining seated with hands, arms, feet, and legs inside vehicles during rides, avoiding touching or holding mechanical props and equipment, and adhering to each guest's capabilities and limitations as every ride has associated risks.
  • No running, pushing, shoving, or throwing of ice is allowed. Guests must follow the queue without jumping lines.

Star City reserves the right not to allow individuals with heart ailments, motion sickness, or other medical conditions requiring special attention on certain rides and attractions. The park will not be liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings or injuries arising from breaches of safety protocols or unsafe behavior by guests.
